Note on Contacting Us
We do the vast majority of our sales through this website. The
best way to contact us is through our web address email. River
Girls' e-mails, except on major holidays, are checked and read
regularly throughout the day. You may also
contact us at the Studio at: 202 686-9833 in Washington DC, between 9 am and 4
pm, Monday through Friday, EST. Often we are in the studio tending
to soaping, blending fragrances or making creams. If necessary,
kindly leave a message, and we will respond quickly!
A Note
on Paying the Pesos
Thanks kindly for allowing us to serve you! River Girls welcomes
you to our customer family. We accept MASTERCARD, VISA and AMERICAN EXPRESS
credit cards using a secure website and cart. Proprietor Wanda
Fleming creates items fresh weekly and in small batches. This
artisan inspired approach means that we view each customer as
an individual client whose request we personally produce and
package. For these reasons, kindly allow 3-7 days to prepare
and package your order.
River Girls does maintain a small inventory of its products so
the time frame may be less. If time is critical, please let us
know. Special and custom orders as well as celebration soaps
always require adequate lead time and a deposit.
We deliver packages via US Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail as we have found the
organization to be efficient and reliable. No packages have been
lost or damaged to date. All packages are TRACKED and those with
$50.00 or more in product are insured. We
regret that we do not deliver anywhere outside of the
United States. And no, my friends Mexico is not a US state, but
New Mexico is. :)

In her former life, the Proprietor

The Keeper of the Keys to Fort Knox. This is all to say River
Girls has a thing for privacy, a fanatical fetish really. So,
we commit never to invade yours. As a strict policy, we do not
sell your personal information, nor do we keep your credit card
information on hand.

Serious Note on Returns
Given the nature of our products
and the risk of contamination, we regret that all sales are final.
However, we will answer any questions regarding scent, color,
sizes and ingredients of our products. We will also work closely
with you in the rare occasion that your package does not arrive
or is damaged. If uncertain about your selection or choices,
always err on the side of caution and contact us with questions;
we will happily assist you.
